Planned Project’s & Program’s
1. Up-grade current water pump stations
& add additional stations along with a
proper water distribution
system with chlorine drip systems!
2. Mini recycling style garbage station’s
conveniently located through-out the
Brgy. & a daily pick-up schedule for processing at he recycle/
compost /
fertilizer making center!
3. Aguirre all the required medical equipment
& supplies for the new community
clinic. (We
have the staff but no equipment).
4. Upgrades to the basketball court area too provide a safe universal play area
for all.
5. Build
a irrigation system which will allow the poor rice farmers in the Tacas
area to grow & harvest most of the year instead of like now just seasonal
during raining season this should yield a 200% to 300% harvest increase.
6. Greenhouse
to grow vegetables for our food assistance project & maybe
flowers for local & hopefully export sales
Policy(I): Anytime a child that does have parents receives assistance
from (COM)
for one or both of those parents must in exchange work on one of the (COM) projects
so to be fair they sign a agreement
at first which then records the assistance each
time they receive help. Then it is calculated in to man-hours owed this way (COM)
has no cost for labor when building or installing the equipment for said projects.
Example when we built our storage/distribution center last year the fathers that are
masons & carpenters supplied all the tools & labor.
Policy (II): Policy (I) does not apply to children that are living with grand
parents or
a guardian because they have
no parents & or are single working mothers.
1. Free powder milk & multi- vitamins
for the Children of those parents qualifying for assistance.
2. Daily free food feeding program for
the children & the seniors citizens that are in need & qualify for this assistance program.
3. Proper
Hygiene week; learning how to de-contaminate your drinking, bathing water, control of head lice, other types of infection
control and etc, along with mother’s bacteria home control day Seminar training with a simple low cost starter supply
kit.
4. New
baby health seminar for all new mother’s, which well cover not only health care, but how to protect your child along
with missing children registration kit (which will be new to this country) Along with learning how to supply your child with
a nutritious proper diet on a few Pesos’ per day!
5. Children and the Elderly shall receive
quarterly medical exams / bi-yearly dental exams.
6. (“Seed for rice”)
is to supply for qualifying farmers one or more of the
following in exchange for sacks of raw harvested rice. Items like: rice seedling’s, fertilizer’s, pesticides,
fuel & pump to bring water from the river at currently it is rented from a contractor, but until a proper a irrigation system, (COM) plans on acquiring
it’s own pump & flexible hose, so all that
is needed is cost of fuel in the future,
as this way the local farmers can even plant during half of dry season which will yield two or more crops per year.
- Young people’s seminar on healthy bodies & relationships (what the parents
don’t like to discuss) this is one reason why the high teenage pregnancy rate, High "STD rate", & high yeast infections among the young females in the area.
